Anaerobic Adhesive / Heat Resistant

Three Bond 1360 is a one-component, solvent-free anaerobic reactive adhesive sealant specially designed for the assembly of medium-sized screws and threads from M8 to M36. It is applied in liquid form at room temperature to one of the surfaces to be joined. After the parts are assembled, a strong adhesive sealant forms rapidly, completely conforming to the surface structure of the mating surfaces. It fills all micro-level roughness, such as machining grooves and scratches, as well as macro-level irregularities (waviness of the mating surface), ensuring absolute conformity. Its highly resistant chemical properties and good cohesion simultaneously provide high strength within the adhesive sealant.


  • Extremely easy to dispense and apply due to being one-component and solvent-free.
  • Anaerobic curing begins immediately after the assembly of mating parts through the exclusion of air and metal contact (suitable for almost all metals).
  • Since solidification does not occur through heat, assembled parts can be easily separated during machine repairs.
  • Outstanding chemical and thermal resistance, as well as excellent vibration and shock resistance, due to its excellent mechanical properties.

  • Shear strength on Fe (0.01 mm gap): 28 MPa
  • Shear strength on Fe (0.05 mm gap): 21 MPa
  • Temperature range: -60°C ~ +200°C
  • Shelf life at 25°C: 9 months
