Anaerobic adhesive / screw locking with high strength

The product Three Bond 1305 is a one-component, anaerobic reactive adhesive/sealant without solvents, specifically developed for the assembly of medium-sized screws and threads ranging from M8 to M36. It is applied in liquid form at room temperature to one of the surfaces to be joined. After the assembly of the parts, a strong adhesive seal is formed within a very short time, completely adapting to the surface structure of the mating surfaces. All roughnesses in the micro range, such as machining marks and scratches, as well as irregularities in the macro range (waviness of the mating surface), are filled, ensuring absolute conformity. Due to its highly resistant chemical properties and good cohesion, a high strength is simultaneously achieved within the adhesive seal.

Features:

  • Extremely easy to dose and apply, as it is one-component and solvent-free.
  • Anaerobic curing begins immediately after the assembly of the mating parts due to air exclusion and metal contact (almost all metals are suitable for this purpose).
  • Since solidification does not occur due to heat, joined parts can be easily separated during machine repairs.
  • Excellent chemical and thermal resistance, as well as outstanding vibration and impact resistance, are achieved thanks to its excellent mechanical properties.

  • Shear Strength Fe (0.05 mm Gap): 25 MPa
  • Temperature Range: -60°C ~ +150°C
  • Shelf Life at 25°C: 12 months*
