Anaerobic adhesive sealant / assembly adhesive with lubricating properties

The product Three Bond 1374 is a one-component, anaerobic reactive adhesive sealant without solvents, specifically designed for the easy assembly of large screws and threads starting from M12. It is applied in liquid form at room temperature to one of the mating surfaces to be joined. After the parts are assembled, a strong adhesive sealant forms within a short time, completely conforming to the surface structure of the mating surfaces. Microscopic irregularities such as machining grooves and scratches are filled, as well as macroscopic irregularities (surface waviness), ensuring absolute conformity. The highly resistant chemical properties and good cohesion simultaneously provide high strength within the adhesive sealant.

Features:

  • Extremely easy to dose and apply due to being one-component and solvent-free.
  • Anaerobic curing begins immediately after the mating of the parts, triggered by the absence of air and metal contact (suitable for almost all metals).
  • Since solidification does not occur through heat, assembled parts can be easily separated from each other during machine repairs.
  • Excellent chemical and thermal resistance as well as outstanding vibration and impact resistance due to its excellent mechanical properties.

  • Temperature range: -60°C to +150°C
  • Shelf life at 25°C: 12 months*
